So the other night I was driving around late listening to the radio and heard this song that I could've sworn was Jason. Immediately I got all mad at myself because what the hell is this song? And why don't I know it yet? Then the announcer said the song title and artist and turns out....it's not Jason. Anyway, since he's so similar, I wanted to pass along this song. I have been listening to it nonstop today because it's so damn good.

I love Eric Hutchinson. I stumbled across his MySpace page blindly one day and immediately fell in love, because he really does sound like Jason!!

I've only heard one song by him. This one, when I was looking for Marie Digby performances. :) He's good in it.

i didn't think he sounded like him either. i still enjoyed him but i don't see any comparison in the voices.

I think the voices aren't that similar, but the style of music is kind of what Jason used to play with his early stuff: rhythmic, upbeat, repetative/fast lyrics.

true, true. that makes sense since the first thing that i thought was the most similar was the guitar playing in the beginning. it sounded like something jason would play.
